The Most Beautiful Fairy

The fairies had a contest
To find the one most fair,
The one whose awesome beauty
Had none that could compare.

They all got so excited,
Who would the winner be?
Would it be another fairy,
Or could it even be me?

There was lots of primping,
Curling and flowing hair,
Fancy wings and dresses,
All done up with such care.

When finally the time arrived,
The prize-awarding day,
They all agree who the winner was:
A brand new baby fae!

  1. These are beautiful poems. Please keep writing.

  2. Aw, thanks! That was just the motivation I needed. It's been feeling a bit pointless lately with so little feedback. Now off to write some new poems....
