If I don't write
It's really wrong
'Cause in my heart
There is a song;
It has a beat
That wants to give
Life to the words,
So, let them live!
Give them wings
And let them fly
Onto the paper
And into the eye
Of one who gathers
Them into her soul
To help make her happy,
Serene and whole.
